Location: Foya
Today I tried to go to Guinea from Foya…went on an hour drive, got the paperwork approved on the Liberian boarder, took a canoe ride into Guinea…everything was going smoothly until I got to the other side of the river and the Guinean boarder control refused to let me in unless I left my passport to prove that I was going to return, quickly decided that was a terrible idea and had to turn around…maybe next time.
