The waves can teach a person a lot of about life…one surfing film stated that one of the greatest mistakes a surfer can make is when dropping into a wave they focus too much on themselves and not enough on the wave…for some reason that thought has stuck with me in more ways than just surfing…it is so easy to lose sight of the real objective and focus on insecurities instead. For me there are many objectives that I must remained focused on, but most importantly I am reminded on the need to focus on the only One who is more powerful than the waves, only when my full attention is on Him can I succeed.
