Today I learned the beauty of delegation… this morning as I approached my desk (and it’s a small desk) I just shook my head at the piles of paperwork on it…and when I say piles I mean literally….as I was sorting through these stacks I looked across from me and saw Felix, our programs new hire…in a matter of an hour the paperwork was complete and Felix was so wonderful and eager to help, it seriously made my day.
