I do not think I know how to capture a day in a sentence...my first thought um I just ate pumpkin bread and it was good...my second thought I went on a jog again and slowly but surely I am getting back in shape...my third thought another long day in the office but I felt productive today sweet...and then there are the thoughts I don't want to think about... house of national staff robbed by armed men, wife is now in the hospital...husband beating wife case...death of man by unknown sickness probably Typhoid...I live a life that feels as equally connected as it does disconnected. "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference."
